Do you deliver to my house?
We will deliver to your house or office located in Selangor/Klang Valley area or you can collect from our below address.

How do you charge for delivery?
Free Delivery areas include Damansara, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Puchong and Shah Alam.

For deliveries outside our areas, but within Klang Valley, a surcharge of RM15 (per trip) will be levied unless order by bulk.

For deliveries outside Klang Valley/Selangor, we will deliver by pos laju and we will quote you accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?
Every order should be treated as confirmed once we deliver. Otherwise call us immediately.

Can I send as a gift to my family/friends/colleague?
Yes, but payment should be made upon confirm order and provide us the details of the recipient address but it might cost you some additional charges if outside of our areas.

Payment Information

What forms of payment do you accept?
All personal order must be paid in cash on delivery.

Can I reserve the order and pay for it later?
Yes you can reserve but payment should be CASH ON DELIVERY.

Do you accept C.O.D?
Yes.

How to order?
Once you have found item(s) you wish to purchase, fill in the REQUEST FORM where you can find from our home page and then fill in the particulars. Once finished, we will revert back to you soon as possible for more details.

How do I make additional order?
Yes you can. Please fill in your request at the form and we will process as usual.

What is the minimum purchase?
It is depend on your location, minimum of 5 packets will do.

When is the latest date I can order?
Anytime, Anywhere. For delivery outside our areas, please note of pos laju courier period.

Please place your order at least 5 days before the required delivery date in case of our of stock.

What are the benefits of being a reseller?
Our price are re-seller price, you can sell to public at your own rate base on market price.

Can I order the serunding now and not for Hari Raya?
Orders are open anytime.

What is so special about your cookies?
The serunding are made from selected quality of ingredients. I do not think that you can find the serunding in any other store or supermarket. It is a special homemade serunding using secret family recipe.
